NattyNa provides appointment-only mobile massage for private homes, condos, hotels, and vacation stays in selected Miami service areas. Each request is reviewed directly by Natty or Heiddy before the visit.

Pressure, pace, focus areas, and boundaries are discussed before the session and can be adjusted while care is underway.
Direct appointment confirmation
Natty or Heiddy reviews each request and contacts the client directly to confirm the time and travel details before the visit.
Clear health boundaries
Relevant health, injury, pregnancy, procedure, and recovery information should be shared in advance. A session may be changed or declined when massage is not appropriate.
Respect for private spaces
Building access and setup are coordinated in advance. After the session, the mobile equipment is packed away and the treatment area is left orderly.
Secure online payment
Payments are processed through Stripe. Appointment confirmation, change, cancellation, and refund conditions are set out in the booking terms.
