Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. NattyNa does not receive or store your complete payment-card number through this website. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy terms.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the booking and payment process, or when legally required. We retain appointment information only as long as reasonably needed for service, recordkeeping, safety, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your appointment by replying through the same contact channel used for your confirmation. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.

Health information

Do not submit sensitive medical records through the notes field. Share only information reasonably necessary to determine whether and how the requested massage can be provided safely.
